How are monthly and annual subscriptions different?

The monthly subscription charges your card every month, whereas an annual subscription charges you once a year.

The actual monthly cost of an annual plan is less than the monthly plan.

When does my plan renew?

Your plan will renew on the day of the month that you started your subscription. For example, if you started your subscription on Jan. 15th, it will be renewed on Feb. 15th.

Will my unused credits roll over after each month?

Your credits apply on a 30-day cycle basis and do not roll over to the next cycle. Extra credits purchased separately expire on the same day as your subscription plan.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at anytime.

When I unsubscribe from my plan, will my credits disappear?

No, your credits will still be available for the current billing cycle. However, any remaining credits will be discarded on the first day of the new billing cycle.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at anytime. For example, if you are currently on the Basic Plan at $10 / month (3,000 credits) and wish to upgrade to the Pro Plan at $35 / month (12,000 credits), you will pay the new price of $35 and start a new billing cycle on that day. However, the unused credits of the old plan will be discarded in your account, while credits (12,000 credits) and privileges of the new plan would be added and show up immediately after your payment.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at anytime. However, your new plan will only be effective at the next billing cycle. There will also be no refund provided for the current billing cycle.
