No, your credits will still be available for the current billing cycle. However, any remaining credits will be discarded on the first day of the new billing cycle.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at anytime. For example, if you are currently on the Basic Plan at $ 9.99 / month (1,500 credits) and wish to upgrade to the Pro Plan at $ 39.99 / month (10,000 credits), you will pay the new price of $39.99 and start a new billing cycle on that day. However, the unused credits of the old plan will be discarded in your account, while credits (10,000 credits) and privileges of the new plan would be added and show up immediately after your payment.

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at anytime. However, your new plan will only be effective at the next billing cycle. There will also be no refund provided for the current billing cycle.
